This title focuses on engaging the very young computer user and teaching Toddler skills without intimidating players with the interface. The target age (18 months to 3 years) learns via repetition so simple design and gameplay are required.

All navigation and gameplay are designed to grow with the child's mouse skills. The early age range plays the activities by simply "banging on the keyboard." Kids who can manipulate the mouse rollover the target and the default "count up cursor" selects the targets. Finally, an option allows the parents to require a mouse click to select a target. This extends the life of the product so the child continues to be challenged as s/he grows older.

Many of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters join to teach key Toddler skills including: cause and effect, music, shape and color recognition, memory, matching, letter recognition, counting from 1 to 5, creativity, and sequencing.
