The winners of the fifth annual Best of the North Bay New Media Awards
are presented below. This event is a unique competition in that it does
not use a nomination process. Instead, each submitted entry is judged
on its own individual merits, not against others in its category. Therefore,
it is possible to have more than one winner per category or no winners
in a category. Given this challenging criteria, based on the submitter's
abilities to balance creativity and technology, winning even an honorable
mention in this competition is considered prestigious.
